Biodegradable with no compromise on cleansing
Sugar surfactants are non-ionic surfactants derived entirely from the renewable raw materials glucose (from corn starch) and fatty alcohols (from coconut or RSPO-MB palm oil). They are COSMOS-compliant, biodegradable, highly foaming, and contain no skin-irritating ingredients. APGs are also resistant to hydrolysis and have good soil release and soil carrying capacity due to their HLB value of >10. In addition, they are compatible with other anionic, cationic, or non-ionic surfactants.
Due to these special and diverse properties, many areas are now inconceivable without them. The wide range of applications extends from shampoos and shower gels to bath additives and cleaning agents – be sure to consider our broad portfolio of APGs.
